Extrusion Stretcher Operator

Pries is looking for an Extrusion Stretcher Operator to add to our team! No previous experience needed!

The position is 6pm-6am on a 2, 2, 3 swing shift with every other weekend being a 3 day weekend! 

Metatarsal Guarded Steel toes required * PPE Reimbursement Available.

Duties include:

  • Stretch the metal only enough to straighten unless otherwise directed by Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Check material to ensure all customer requirements are being met and cut quality samples
  • Operate the cooling table in a way that prevents kinks, dents, or jamming of the material being produced
  • Assists operator with machine set up
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Safety Department
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
  • Clean and organize your work area
