Maintenance Supervisor

Pries is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to add to our team!

This position is a 12 hour swing shift of 2 on, 2 off, and every other weekend. Pay Range varies from $27-40/Hr depending on experience.

Experience Needed: High School Diploma or (GED); or minimum 5-10 years of related experience working in an industrial maintenance department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Guide contractors via direction from the Maintenance Manager
Schedule jobs and projects for maintenance techs
Write, modify, and schedule preventive maintenance
Monitor E-Maintenance activities and work orders to ensure they are being completed properly
Plan projects
Notify Maintenance Purchaser if parts are noted as missing
Identify worn machinery and advise replacement
Communicate clearly via email, on the phone and in person
Ensure all repairs and work orders are completed in a timely manner
Effectively maintain inventory levels of parts to control downtime
Conduct department meetings
Ensure time keeping and absentee data is properly recorded for assigned crews
Promote and implement continuous improvement
Motivate and assist in training of Maintenance Technicians
Comply with and enforce all safety policies, practices and procedures especially LOTO and electrical safety. Report all unsafe activities to Manager and/or Safety Department, as well as assess immediate corrective actions.
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
