Extrusion Furnace Operator

Pries is looking for an Extrusion Furnace Operator to add to our team! No previous experience needed!
This position is a 2nd shift position from 2pm-10am. Monday-Friday. Starting at up to $22 per hour! Starting immediately!
*Metatarsal guarded steel toe requirement* PPE Reimbursement Available
Duties include:
- Die setup per schedule
- Operation of an overhead crane to move and gather dies
- Check tool stack for proper sizes
- Properly setup dies and place in ready area
- Assist press operator when making changes and setups
- Occasionally pull random samples for Team Leaders to check conformity
- Responsible for running the press while press operator takes breaks
- Break down dies after extruded
- Place dies in caustic area for cleaning and repair
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Safety Department
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
- Clean and organize your work area
