Looking for a hands-on role where you can be part of building high-quality American-made products? We’re hiring a 3rd Shift Stretching Operator to join our manufacturing team!

Shift Details
- 3rd Shift Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Monday–Friday (with occasional overtime on Saturday's based on production needs)
What You’ll Do
- Operate stretching equipment to straighten and prepare aluminum extrusions to meet customer specifications
- Inspect material for quality, ensuring it meets required tolerances and cut samples
- Operate the cooling table to prevent kinks, dents, or material jams
- Read and follow work orders and production schedules
- Assist with machine setup and changeovers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Willingness to learn—manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
