About Us:
Pries Enterprises is a growing and fast-paced manufacturing facility dedicated to delivering high-quality aluminum extrusions for a variety of different industries. We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. This position is a vital part of our operations, ensuring smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and efficient office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the office and production teams
Handle bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice tracking, and basic financial record maintenance.
Assist with scanning, filing, and organizing digital and physical documents
Communicate with employees across departments to share updates, gather information, and support internal processes
Serve as a point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal staff via phone and email
Support HR and management with basic administrative duties as needed
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
Qualifications:
Prior administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
Experience with bookkeeping or accounting systems (Sage, Excel, or similar)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working with computers, printers/scanners, and office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
